We are just beginner as a Company but have a vast experience on readymade garments both sourcing and manufacturing, also had a good communication and quick response skill. Our first and final focus is – better customer service with supply best quality product on time, we have established own small manufacturing units at Mirpur, Bangladesh and also have 10 own sourced production unit in Gazipur & Narayanganj area.

At Bangladesh, Clothing Designer Sourcing is managing 10 factories. Six knits with vertical set up where 1400-1500 no. sewing machines and 1.5 mil pcs/month production capacity and 2 woven with 0.50 mil pcs and 2 Flat knit sweater containing 500 nos. 12GG and 500 nos heavy Gauge with 0.20 mil pcs capacity/month.
Clothing Designer Sourcing consider 70 days for production lead time for knit order and 100-120 days for woven as some raw materials still need to import from abroad and if repeat knit local fabrics even we consider 50 days.
Clothing Designer Sourcing issue our own LC to our listed factories and prefer our customer at sight LC & TT for our orders and deliver the goods FCA, FOB, CMT and C&F base on our customers request before shipment. We able to issue GSP Form A for all our knit, flat knit and woven orders where fabrics sources from locally if imported than issue GSP also based on GSP issuing authorities new circular and Certificate of Origin from approved authority.
Merchandising team of Clothing Designer Souring consists on with senior and experience persons who engage their job from raw materials sourcing, collection samples and new development as per customer designs/samples; organize proto samples, costing for buyer’s selection and arrange shipment as per customers require delivery dates. Our strict order follow up with factories help us to get customers satisfaction & confidence on us and develop more business.
Clothing Designer Sourcing has our own quality team which consists on under our chief quality controller. Our quality team starts to follow up the orders during size set samples process. They proceed pilot cutting approval and organize PP meeting with production units concern persons after PP samples approved by customer, proceed 1st in line, 2nd & 3rd (depend on order qty) and pre- final inspection before final inspection by our own team or 3rd party or customers representatives. Our quality team selects production fabric, garments & trims during bulk production for our in house testing to maintain the quality level even though we arrange 3rd party test reports as per customers requirement for their approval to proceed bulk production. Our QC team issue final inspection report with digital photographs details to our customers who does require 3rd party inspection for their review and arrange shipment after customer’s approval with supervision of our experience logistic team.
Compliance team of Clothing Designer Sourcing closely work with our production units executives and check & discuss all compliance related issues in advance and advise factories if any lacking before proceed our internal audit. We have our own factory audit procedure i.e. grading system and if production units able to get pass grading than merchandising team able to discuss about orders placement discussion.
